I See Party Rentals would like to share with you some important updates:
Our team is complying with the Governor of the State of California’s Executive Order to Stay at Home orders. We have closed our Showrooms to appointments and face-to-face consultations via ZOOM or FaceTime. We are available to work online via FaceTime over the phone and website. Phones and emails are being answered and responded to as well. We are working with first responders, health care providers, to help contain and control the coronavirus outbreak. We are also working on future events, new dates for postponed events, and what may be the new realities of events when they return. In a world without events, this allows them to take advantage of state and federal programs for those who are seeing reduced hours or no work as a result of the current health care crisis. We are also working with them to find interim work opportunities. We are here for our employees as much as possible so we get past this. If you have an outstanding balance with Bright, please do your best to pay as it will help us keep
our team in place for an extended period if necessary. We continue to follow all WHO, CDC, and federal/state/municipality guidelines for containment
and control of coronavirus/COVID-19. The sooner we are healthy, the sooner we are back to doing what we love, serving our community.
To our amazing clients, we sincerely hope all of you and your families are healthy. As COVID-19 infections spread across our country, and even though most of us for the time being remain healthy, we are all feeling the emotional and financial stress this crisis has caused. During the last several days we have seen unprecedented moves nationwide in order to slow the spread of this virus. Businesses and schools are closed, sports and entertainment have been halted, and people have been urged to stay home. People are frightened, and unfortunately behavior such as panic-buying and hoarding has only added to the problem by both limiting the availability of products for those who really need them, and by likely helping the virus spread communally. That said, we have been in discussions about how to help protect the viability of our small business while still maintaining what’s best for our customers as well, during the financial aspect of this crisis. We understand that with most doors now closed halfway through
March, our business relies heavily on events, that are mandated to be canceled now, will ALL of us impacted to varying degrees. This will naturally affect your ability to pay items as well as businesses across the board. I See Party has substantial operating expenses and to that end, we rely heavily on our income from customers that booked, to fulfill obligation to our landlord as well as the obligations to feed our own families, and we have no one to ask for assistance. Nonetheless, after a careful review of our options and current finances, we wanted to let you know that we will gladly honor your event deposits and payments in full, and since the cancellations are beyond anyone’s control- you may use it for ANY event in the future once this passes- even if it’s likely a completely different event type (please give us notice to ensure availability of the items you need) Please as always feel free to contact us with any questions or comments. We sincerely hope this crisis will be over soon so we can return some normalcy to our way of life.
